New Delhi. Air India has launched a new feature ‘AEYE Vision’ in its mobile app, which allows passengers to track their checked-in baggage.
This AI-based tool aims to address recent complaints related to baggage handling and provide passengers with real-time updates on flight details, boarding passes, baggage status, and meal options.
‘AEYE Vision’ is powered by cutting-edge computer vision technology, which allows passengers to monitor the status of their baggage. This technology provides information when the baggage is loaded, unloaded, and ready for pickup at baggage claim. Air India plans to add more features to this app in the future, including baggage dimension check, passport scanning, image-based destination search, and augmented reality destination details.
