Ends Work from Home: E-commerce giant Amazon has announced a new policy for its employees. The company has announced to stop the work from home facility for its employees and has asked everyone to return to the office.
According to The Guardian report, from next year it will be mandatory for employees to come to the office at least five days a week. This new working policy of the company will come into effect from January 2, 2025.

Giving information to the employees on this matter, Amazon CEO Andy Jassy has sent a memo. In this, he has written that we have decided that we will make coming to the office as before the beginning of Covid. Along with this, he said that if we look at the last five years, it is known that there are many benefits of staying in the office together.

In the memo sent to his employees, he said that we have seen that it is very easy for employees to learn by coming to the office. New rules will be implemented from next year
Earlier, Amazon had asked employees to come two days a week, which has now been increased to five days. Even after the implementation of this rule, employees can demand work from home under certain circumstances. But, this option will not be given to senior team leaders. It will be mandatory for every employee to come to the office five days a week after January 2.
It is worth noting that during the Corona epidemic, the culture of work from home has increased in the country and the world. For the last four years, companies have been giving the option of work from home to employees, but now many companies have decided to withdraw this decision.
