Weather Forecast : Heavy rain will occur from today, orange and yellow alert issued for these districts

Lucknow: In Uttar Pradesh, it rained only in some parts in the last two days i.e. Monday and Tuesday. Apart from this, in all the other districts, humidity and strong sunlight made people face severe heat.

But from today, Wednesday, a period of heavy rain is going to start once again, because monsoon is going to become active again in Uttar Pradesh from today. In such a situation, orange and yellow alerts for heavy rain have been issued in many districts.

According to Mohammad Danish, senior scientist of Lucknow Meteorological Center, the districts in which heavy rain is expected today include districts like Deoria, Gorakhpur, Kushinagar, Maharajganj, Siddharth Nagar, Gonda, Balrampur, Shravasti and Bahraich. There is an orange alert here.

Whereas yellow alert has been issued in Prayagraj, Sonbhadra, Mirzapur, Chandauli, Varanasi, Sant Ravidas Nagar, Ballia, Sant Kabir Nagar, Basti, Lakhimpur Kheri, Sitapur and Barabanki and its surrounding districts. He said that there will be movement of clouds in the remaining districts today and light rain may occur at some places today, but there is a possibility of heavy rain in most of the districts today.

It has rained heavily here in the last 24 hours

During the last 24 hours, 45 mm of rain was recorded in Ghazipur. While 4 mm rain was recorded in Bulandshahr, 11 mm in Muzaffarnagar and 1 mm in Barabanki, 2 mm in Kanpur city and 12 mm in Etawah. While 3 mm rain was recorded in Ballia.

This will be the temperature today

Due to no rain for two days in UP, the maximum temperature had reached 38 degree Celsius while the minimum temperature also came down to 27 to 28 degree Celsius, but from today the temperature of Uttar Pradesh will fall again and the Lucknow Meteorological Center has issued a forecast of the temperature being between 34 to 35 degree Celsius while the minimum temperature will remain stable.
