Actually Idli is a popular food found in South India. However, due to the popularity of South Indian food, idli sambar and masala dosa are also available in other parts of the country and people enjoy these dishes with great fervor.

According to the report of The Hindu Business Line, a businessman Sharan Hiremath
and Suresh Chandrasekaran in Bangalore have installed an idli machine, which is a product of startup Freshshot Robotics. The video of this Idli ATM is becoming increasingly viral on Twitter.
A customer who made the video said that through this machine, idli is easily available in minutes. Actually this machine concept came to this startup company from personal experience. In 2016, Sharan Hiremath had gone out late at night to buy idlis for his ailing daughter, but no restaurant was open. He told Deccan Herald that the idea of installing the idli machine came only after this incident.
More Idli ATMs will be set up in other parts of the city
Hiremath and Chandrasekaran said that many shops were serving stale idlis, but now people will get fresh idlis through this machine. Startup operators say that their Foodbot is the first automatic vending machine to serve South Indian dishes.
At present, two machines have been installed in Bangalore and there are plans to expand it further. There are plans to install such machines at some offices, railway stations and airports in the city. Apart from Idli bots, there are plans to set up machines for Dosabots, Ricebots and Juicebots as well. Earlier, chocolate and snacks vending machines are already available at many railway stations and public places in the country, through which one can take snacks, cold drinks and toffees.
