With the help of Vande Metro train, people can reach their home and office soon. This will also help in reducing the traffic and commuting will become easier for the people.
Where vande metro train will be ready
Giving information, the minister said that the Vande Metro train will be manufactured in India just like the Vande Bharat Express train, which can be launched soon. This will be a completely indigenous train. The design and production of Vande Metro train will be completed this year. The Union Minister said that passengers will get a rapid shuttle-like experience in the Vande Metro train. He told that Railways is working on the sleeper version of Vande Bharat Express. It will be a metro-like train with 8 coaches.
Hydrogen train will run in December 2023
The Union Minister said that this rail budget of Rs 2.40 lakh crore will fill the gap and meet the needs of 800 crore passengers. He said that the hydrogen train will be run by December 2023. It will first be run on the Kalka-Shimla route. It will be expanded later.
