In view of the crowd during festivals, Indian Railways has started a new special Vande Bharat Express between Delhi and Patna via Uttar Pradesh. This new Vande Bharat train will cover a distance of 1,000 KM in 11 hours. Let us give you all the information about it.

The new special Vande Bharat train between Delhi and Patna will hit the tracks from October 30 and ticket booking for it has already begun. Although the longest distance covered by the Vande Bharat Express till date was 771 km between Delhi and Varanasi, now the New Delhi-Patna Vande Bharat will cover a distance of 1,000 km, according to the IRCTC ticket booking website.

The special Vande Bharat Express running between New Delhi and Patna will complete its journey in just 11.35 hours. At the same time, the Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express passing through Patlipura Junction takes 11.55 hours while the New Delhi-Rajendra Nagar (Patna) Tejas Rajdhani takes 11.30 hours.
Talking about the time table of this train, the Vande Bharat Special train runs from New Delhi every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday and from Patna to New Delhi every Monday, Thursday and Saturday. The train departs from New Delhi at 8.25 am and reaches Patna at 8 pm, while the train departs from Patna at 07:30 am and reaches New Delhi at 7 pm.
Talking about the stoppages of this train, it will start from New Delhi and will stop at Kanpur Central, Prayagraj Junction, Deendayal Upadhyay Junction, Buxar and Ara Junction before reaching Patna Junction.

In the New Delhi-Patna Vande Bharat Special train, passengers have been given the facility to sit in chair car instead of sleeper class. The price of AC chair car ticket is Rs 2,575 per person, while the price of executive chair car ticket is Rs 4,655 per person. Earlier, news came that the newly built Vande Bharat Sleeper train will be started between Delhi and Patna.
