A great news has come for railway passengers. People of the country have been waiting for Vande Bharat Sleeper Train for a long time. Now this wait will end next year. Indian Railways has prepared to start Vande Bharat Sleeper Train by the year 2025-26.
Those traveling long distances will get a lot of comfort through this train. According to media reports, Indian Railways will start 10 new Vande Bharat Sleeper Trains next year. These trains will be launched with world class facilities and better interior design.
Necessary tests and trial runs will be done before launching these trains. It is being said that the trial run of these trains will start from this month itself. Then after the completion of the trial run, these trains will be started for the general public.
On which route will the trains run?
Recently, BEML, the company that manufactures these trains, has handed over the first Vande Bharat sleeper trainset to ICF, Chennai. However, Indian Railways has not yet announced the exact routes of these sleeper trains. But it is expected that the first few trains can be run between major cities like New Delhi and Pune or New Delhi and Srinagar. The first prototype of Vande Bharat sleeper coach is being designed and manufactured by Bharat Earth Movers Limited in Bengaluru in collaboration with Integrated Coach Factory, Chennai.

Vande Bharat Sleeper Train is being prepared with modern facilities. Its design is modern. It has been prepared keeping in mind the convenience of passengers. Traveling in these trains will be as luxurious as a hotel. The entire body of Vande Bharat Sleeper coach is made of stainless steel. The body of the train is white in colour. It has orange stripes. Its interior decoration will be light beige and mobile and laptop charging points will be installed on every seat. The new train will have 16 coaches. Out of which 11 will be AC-3 tier. 4 will be AC ​​2 tier and 1 will be first class air conditioned.
Features of Vande Bharat Sleeper Train
It will have automatic doors. Which includes intercommunication doors. The train will have vacuum toilets. The ambience will be good. There will be soft lights. Passenger friendly stairs will be installed for passengers to climb to the upper berths etc. The foam and covers used for the seats are also of better quality. Railway officials believe that once someone travels in this Vande Bharat Sleeper train, he will be forced to travel by this train again and again.
