Patna. For the convenience of passengers travelling from Patna to Delhi after Holi, Indian Railways has decided to run a special Vande Bharat train from Patna to New Delhi.
This train will run via DDU and Prayagraj. This train will not run only on Tuesdays of the week. This train will leave for New Delhi at 08.30 am from Patna and will reach New Delhi station at 20.10 pm on the same day. This train will run till 21 March.
Clone special train will be run from Rajendra Nagar Terminal
Apart from this, the railways will run a clone special train from Rajendra Nagar Terminal to New Delhi. This train will run till March 31. It will not run only on Thursdays in a week. This train will run six days a week.
This train will leave Rajendra Nagar at 19.45 and will reach New Delhi at 12.10 the next day. It has been decided to run a special train from Danapur to Anand Vihar as well. This train will run via DDU and Prayagraj.
Special train from Danapur to Anand Vihar will be operated on 16, 23 and 30 March. This train will leave from Danapur at 07.30 am and will reach Anand Vihar at 12.30 am.
Superfast festival special train will run from Patna to Delhi
Superfast Festival Special train will be run from Patna to Delhi till March 18. This train will leave from Patna at 17.50, which will reach Delhi at 10.25 the next day.
These trains are expected to provide a lot of convenience to the passengers of the state. Railway officials say that the operation of Holi special trains will provide relief to the passengers going to Delhi from the state. They can return with their families after Holi.
Special train will run between Gaya-Anand Vihar
On the other hand, in Rohtas too, the work of returning people has started as soon as the Holi festival is over. The railways is running special trains so that the passengers do not have to face much trouble on their return.
The operation of special trains has also started from Sunday. Train number 02397 Gaya-Anand Vihar Special via DDU-Prayagraj will depart from Gaya at 14.15 on 16, 23 and 30 March and reach Anand Vihar at 07.10 the next day.
This train will go to Anand Vihar via Anugrahan Narayan Road, Dehri Onson, Sasaram. Similarly, train number 03697 Gaya-Anand Vihar Super Fast Special via Sasaram-DDU-Prayagraj will leave Gaya at 14.15 every Sunday till 31 March 2025 and reach Anand Vihar at 07.10 the next day.
While train number 04063 Gaya-New Delhi Superfast Festival Special via DDU-Prayagraj will depart from Gaya on 18 March at 06.40 am and reach New Delhi at 23.35 pm on the same day. This train will also stop at major railway stations of Rohtas, Kaimur and Aurangabad districts.
