Patna New Jalpaiguri Vande Bharat Train: Bihar is soon going to get the gift of two more Vande Bharat trains. The trial of the train has been completed. Soon PM Modi will flag off and open this train for passengers. The trial of Vande Bharat Express running from New Jalpaiguri to Patna was completed on 5 March. Whereas from Patna to Lucknow Vande Bharat will run via Ayodhya. Both the trains are going to run from Patna. With the starting of this train, it will become easier for the people of Bihar to travel to Ayodhya to visit Ramlala. The color of both the Vande Bharat trains running from Patna, the capital of Bihar, has been kept saffron.
New Jalpaiguri to Patna in 7 hours
During the trial, Vande Bharat Express covered the distance between New Jalpaiguri and Patna in 7 hours. During this period the train stopped at Kishanganj, Barsoi, Katihar, Navgachia, Khagaria, Begusarai, Barauni. The train covered the distance of 471 km in seven hours. The train left New Jalpaiguri at 5.15 am and reached Patna at around 12.10 pm. The stoppage of the train at the station will be for 2 minutes.
Patna-Lucknow Vande Bharat Express
The trial run of Vande Bharat running from Patna to Lucknow has also been completed. Vande Bharat Express will cover its journey between Patna and Lucknow in 6 and a half hours. Vande Bharat Express running from Patna to Lucknow via Ayodhya ran at a speed of 110-130 km per hour during the trial run. Completed the journey by train in six and a half hours. It is believed that on March 9, PM Modi will flag off both the Vande Bharat trains running from Patna. If media reports are to be believed, Vande Bharat trains from Lucknow to Dehradun and Meerut may start soon.
41 Vande Bharat Express across the country
Let us tell you that Vande Bharat train is a superfast express service operated by the Railways. It connects cities that are less than 800 km apart or stations between which the journey takes less than 10 hours. Vande Bharat was first started from Delhi to Varanasi on 15 May 2019. At present 41 Vande Bharat trains are running on tracks across the country. Out of which, 16 Vande Bharats are with 16 car services, while 25 Vande Bharats are with 8-car services.
