Ever since Donald Trump returned to power in America, there has been a stir not only in America but all over the world. Trump’s tariff policy as well as immigration rules have created turmoil all over the world.
Since Trump returned to power, the US administration has been showing a lot of strictness regarding immigration rules. America has deported thousands of illegal immigrants in recent times and hundreds of Indians are also included in them. Meanwhile, the US administration has issued a warning for immigrants living in America, which has increased the concern of millions of people.
The US Department issued a warning on its official social media account
The US government department has posted a post on its official social media account. The department has written in this post, “US visa screening does not stop after the visa is issued. We constantly check visa holders to ensure that they follow all US laws and immigration rules. If any visa holder does not follow all US laws and immigration rules, we will cancel their visa and deport them.” This means that even those who have got visas to work and live in America will constantly remain on the radar of the US administration.

Having a green card does not guarantee indefinite residence
Let us tell you that the US Green Card or Permanent Residence Card allows immigrants to work and live permanently in the United States. However, Vice President J.D. Vance stressed that having a Green Card does not guarantee indefinite residence. In such a situation, tension has increased among all the Indian Green Card holders living in America. Along with this, Indians living in America who want to return to their country for some time are also in a different tension. They fear that if they go to India, they may not be able to return to America again due to the new rules.
