UPPRPB UP Police Exam date 2024: Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board has announced the new dates of UP Police Constable Recruitment Examination. It has been decided to conduct the examination on 23, 24, 25 August and 30,31 August 2024 for recruitment to 60244 posts of constable.
Due to Janmashtami festival, a gap has been given between the examinations. This examination will be conducted in 02 shifts per day and about 5 lakh candidates will appear in this examination in each shift. For many months, lakhs of youth of the state were waiting for the announcement of the new date of UP Police Constable Recruitment Examination. Various rumors were flying on social media regarding the new date. Many types of fake notices were going viral.
A few days ago, the UP Police Recruitment Board had also termed the news viral on social media as fake in which claims have been made that the examination will be held on 10 and 11 August 2024.
It is worth noting that on 18th and 19th February this year, a written exam was conducted for the recruitment of 60,244 constable posts in UP Police. More than 43 lakh candidates had participated in it. But after the paper leak, the state’s Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had canceled the exam and ordered to conduct the exam again in six months. The candidates were eagerly waiting for the new date of the exam.

In the UP Police Constable Recruitment Re-Exam, all the candidates will have free travel facility in Uttar Pradesh Transport Corporation. During the examination, they will be able to travel free in roadways buses by showing the admit card. No fee will be charged from them.
The UP Police written exam will be of 300 marks. It will have questions on general knowledge, general Hindi, numerical and mental ability, mental aptitude, intelligence quotient, logical ability. There will be a total of 150 questions in the two-hour paper. There will also be negative marking for wrong answers. 0.5 marks will be deducted for a wrong answer. Two marks will be given for the correct answer. All questions will be multiple choice.
After the exam date, now the candidates are waiting for their admit card and exam city details. This time also, there is every possibility of the exam city details of the candidates coming before the UP Police Constable Admit Card. This time the exam city and exam date details can be released around 15 August. Admit cards will probably be released three or four days before the exam. The admit card will give the exact address of the candidates’ exam center. Candidates should not make the mistake of considering the city intimation slip as the admit card. Candidates will be able to download the admit card by entering their registration number and date of birth.
How to download UP Police Constable Admit Card
Step 1- Visit the UP Police website uppbpb.gov.in or ccp123.onlinereg.co.in.
Step 2- Click on the link for District Intimation.
Step 3- When the admit card window opens, enter your registration number. The admit card will appear. (It is possible that the window may not open and an error of “the service is unavailable” may appear. In such a situation, refresh the page. Then try again. If it still does not work, try again after some time.
Step 4- When the admit card appears on the screen, download it. Take a printout.
