Trains Route Diverted | Important news for people traveling from Jharkhand to South India. If you are going or planning to go to Bangalore and Alappuzha by train, then this news is useful for you.
The routes of trains going from Ranchi or Hatia to Bangalore and Dhanbad to Alappuzha have been changed . These trains will run on the new route. If you are going directly to Bangalore or Alappuzha, then your journey will not be affected, but if you have to get down somewhere in between, then first know whether this train will go through that route or not. Whether the train will stop at the station where you want to go or not.

Information about the change in the route of the train has been given by the South Eastern Railway Ranchi Division . Chief Public Relations Officer of Ranchi Division Nishant Kumar told that the route of 3 including Dhanbad-Alappuzha Express and Hatia-Sir M Visvesvaraya Bangalore Express trains has been changed. He informed that traffic block will be taken due to ongoing development works in South Central Railway. This is the reason that the route of these trains starting from Ranchi’s Hatia and Dhanbad stations has been changed.
Which train will run from which route?
- Train No. 13351 Dhanbad-Alappuzha Express will be diverted to run via Niddavolu, Bhimavaram Town, Gudivada, Vijayawada instead of its scheduled routes of Niddavolu, Eluru, Vijayawada on 23 May 2023, 26 May 2023 and 27 May 2023. Due to this change in the route, there will be no stoppage of this train at Tadepalligudem and Eluru stations.
- Train No. 12835 Hatia-Sir M Visvesvaraya Bengaluru Express will be diverted to run via Nidadavolu, Bhimavaram Town, Gudivada, Vijayawada instead of its scheduled route of Nidadavolu, Eluru, Vijayawada on 23 May 2023.
- In addition to these two trains, train number 18637 Hatia-Sir M Visvesvaraya Bengaluru Express will run via Niddavolu, Bhimavaram Town, Gudivada, Vijayawada instead of its scheduled route of Niddavolu, Eluru, Vijayawada on 27 May 2023.
