In all these cases, not wearing a seat belt, not wearing a helmet, breaking a red light or driving under the influence of alcohol, you will now have to pay a huge fine.
According to the new rules, wearing a helmet is mandatory while riding a two-wheeler. If a driver is caught without a helmet, he will have to pay a fine of Rs 1,000, which was earlier only Rs 100.
