Similarly, a strange case has come to light from Bihar. Whoever hears this matter is not able to stop laughing. In Bihar, a scooty owner has been challaned for not wearing a seat belt. According to the news agency PTI, this incident came to light in the year 2020 in Samastipur.
In this case, scooty owner Krishna Kumar Jha told that he came to know that this challan has already been deposited.

Scooty owner Krishna Kumar Jha told that he was going to Varanasi on 27 April. when i was on the train Then I got a message that a challan of Rs 1000 has been deducted against me. When I saw the details, it came to know that in October 2020 the challan was issued for not wearing the seat belt. I was surprised then that this fine has already been deposited. While to my knowledge nothing like this has happened. In this case, the traffic police say that this challan may have been generated due to some mistake.
Will investigate
In this case, Balbir Das, an officer of Bihar Traffic Police, said that Krishna Kumar Jha gets the challan, it was issued manually. We are in the process of including all these challans in e-challans. We will get it checked where the mistake has happened. A similar incident came to light in Odisha in February. When two-wheeler owner Abhishek Kar was fined Rs 1,000 for not wearing a seat belt.
