Traffic Alert: These roads will remain closed today for Noida residents, check all routes before leaving home

Noida. Semicon India 2024 is going to start from Wednesday in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, adjacent to the national capital Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate this conference at 11 am.

Many giants of the semiconductor sector are going to participate in the three-day Semicon India 2024, which will include more than 250 exhibitors and 150 speakers. In view of the VVIP movement regarding this conference, Noida Traffic Police has issued a traffic advisory, in which many roads have been closed for general traffic, while diversions have been put on some.

Noida Traffic Police said in a post on social media platform X, ‘In view of the high-profile visit to Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar Traffic Police has issued an important traffic advisory for September 11, 2024. During this time many routes will be diverted and people have been suggested to take other roads.’

There will be diversion on these routes:

• • Vehicles going towards Greater Noida from Chilla Red Light will be diverted from Sector 14A flyover towards Sector 15 round-about.
  • DND Flyway to Greater Noida: Traffic going to Greater Noida from DND Expressway will be diverted at Rajnigandha Chowk, Sector 16.
  • Kalindi Kunj Border to Greater Noida: Traffic going from Kalindi Border to Greater Noida will be diverted to Sector 37.
  • Sector 37 to Greater Noida: Traffic going from Sector 37 to Greater Noida will be diverted onto the double service road at Sector 44 round-about.
  • Noida to Jewar Toll: Vehicles going from Agra to Noida will be diverted towards Sobta underpass after Jewar toll.
  • Pari Chowk to Greater Noida West: Traffic going from Pari Chowk to Noida-Greater Noida will be diverted to Surajpur route.
  • Surajpur to Sector 130: Traffic going from Surajpur to Pari Chowk will be diverted to Sector 130.
  • P3 Roundabout to Greater Noida West: Traffic going towards Surajpur/Greater Noida West from P3 Roundabout will be diverted towards Swarn Nagri at P3 Roundabout.
  • Hindon Cut to Sector 151: Traffic going from Agra to Noida will be diverted via Hindon Cut to the double service road at Sector 151.
  • At the same time, the traffic going from Greater Noida to Noida will be diverted from Char Murti Roundabout towards Sector 94 via the expressway.
  • Film City Flyover to DND Flyway: Traffic from GIP Mall via Film City Flyover will be diverted through a U-turn under the flyover.
  • Rajnigandha Chowk to DND Flyway: Traffic going towards DND from Rajnigandha Chowk will be diverted from DSC via Ashok Nagar. Vehicles will be diverted towards Ashok Nagar from Sector 15 roundabout.
