Gold Price Today: An increase of Rs 132 per 10 grams has been recorded in the price of 18 carat gold. Now it has reached Rs 46263 per 10 grams. Whereas, the price of 14 carat gold has decreased by Rs 103.
Gold Silver Price 16 February 2024: While gold has become cheaper today, silver has become expensive in all the cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Gorakhpur, Lucknow, Jaipur, Indore, Kolkata, Jaipur and Patna. Today i.e. on Friday, an increase of Rs 176 per 10 grams has been recorded in the average rate of 24 carat gold. At the same time, a decline of Rs 733 per kg is being seen in the price of silver. Today silver rates opened at Rs 70203 per kg.
According to the new rate of IBJA, now gold is cheaper by Rs 2121 from its all-time high of Rs 63805 on December 4, 2023. Today, on Friday, February 16, the average price of 23 carat gold in the bullion market has now become costlier by Rs 175 and reached Rs 61684 per 10 grams. Whereas, 22 carat gold has now become costlier by Rs 162 per 10 grams and has reached Rs 56341 per 10 grams.
These rates of gold and silver have been issued by India Bullion and Jewelers Association (IBJA). GST and jewelery making charges are not applicable on this rate. It is possible that gold and silver may be costlier by Rs 1000 to 2000 in your city.
