Teacher Transfer: Applications are being sought for the transfer of teachers for the second time in Bihar. This process will start from today i.e. from 1st December till 15th December.
Applications are being invited in online mode and interested teachers have to apply on e-shiksha kosh app (e shiksha kosh app). However, this application is not mandatory for everyone and only those teachers who wish to transfer will be eligible to apply. The special thing is that the facility of transfer will not be available to all teachers, the government is giving this opportunity to those teachers who want to get transferred due to a specific problem.
The main things that have come out in the new transfer policy of the government are that under it, teachers suffering from cancer, kidney, liver problem, heart disease and disability will get transfer as per their wish. Also, for other teachers who want to transfer, this process is currently postponed. Education Minister Sunil Kumar has clearly stated that for the time being, general transfer posting of teachers has been stopped until all stages of the literacy test are completed. However, the transfer process has been started by giving priority to those teachers who are suffering from serious health problems.

Along with this, the Education Minister has also said that the process of general transfers will be simplified and liberalized in the future. With this, postings can be given to the teachers as per their need and convenience. You should understand this in simple language that the government has given option of transfer and posting for those teachers who are troubled by some family or personal problem and want transfer then such teachers can apply for transfer.

to understand it more clearly if a teacher is away from his family for a long time and has bad health. If their village home is in another district subdivision, parent, child or any other member is sick, in such a situation the teacher can apply for transfer to the school nearer to his home. If the husband or wife of a teacher is also in government service and is posted in another district, then transfer can be done on this basis as well.
