Special Vande Bharat: Delhi to Srinagar Vande Bharat service Starts from January first week, know route fare feature

New Delhi. If you want to visit the beautiful valleys of Kashmir, then there is good news for you. Actually, Indian Railways is preparing special Vande Bharat trains (Delhi to Srinagar Vande Bharat) for Kashmir.

This train will connect Srinagar and New Delhi and will run on the Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramulla rail link. Prime Minister Narendra Modi can flag off this Vande Bharat in the month of January.

According to ET’s report, this Vande Bharat will have special heating features. This train has been specially designed for areas where the temperature reaches zero degrees. These trains will have the facility of silicon heating pads in the water tanks. Apart from this, there will also be a self-regulating heating cable for plumbing to prevent water from freezing.

Route of New Delhi-Srinagar Vande Bharat

New Delhi-Srinagar Vande Bharat will stop at some major stations including Ambala Cantt Junction, Ludhiana Junction, Kathua, Jammu Tawi, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra, Sangaldan and Banihal. This train will cover a distance of more than 800 kilometers, passing through the high hills of Kashmir and the world’s highest bridge and entering the beautiful valley of Kashmir.

The fare of New Delhi-Srinagar Vande Bharat can be this much

. This journey will be completed in 13 hours. Passengers will board the train at 7:00 pm in Delhi and reach Srinagar at 8:00 am. There will be 3 categories in the special Vande Bharat – AC First Class, AC 2 Tier, and AC 3 Tier. Its fares will be between Rs 2,000 and Rs 3,000.
