On Friday, it is raining in Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida. Due to this, the temperature has dropped. Due to the possibility of heavy rain in Ghaziabad, instructions have been given to close schools. The Ghaziabad district administration has closed all schools up to 8th standard (Delhi NCR Schools) for the time being. Along with this, classes from 9th to 12th standard will be conducted from 9 am. On the instructions of the District Magistrate, the District Primary Education Officer has issued a holiday notification.

According to this order, all schools in Ghaziabad will remain closed till December 30 (Monday). This order of holiday in schools will be applicable to ICSE and CBSE boards as well as council schools. UP Winter Vacation 2024: When will the winter vacation be in Ghaziabad?

If we look at the records of the last few years, winter vacation was announced in December for students up to class 8 in Uttar Pradesh. Most of the schools will be closed from December 31 to January 14. This year, the UP government has not yet issued any notification regarding the winter vacation. But it is believed that this year too, schools will be closed from December 31, 2024 to January 14, 2025. Considering the weather in Delhi-NCR, the winter vacation may start early.

Students who are weak in studies can also be called to school for extra classes during the winter holidays.
