School Timings Changed- Cold has suddenly increased in most states including Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, Punjab. With the mercury dropping, the Meteorological Department has issued a cold wave alert in many states. In view of this situation, school timings have been changed in most districts of Madhya Pradesh.
December has started with cold winds. Along with light rain in Punjab, Delhi, due to snowfall in Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh, the mercury has also dropped in other states. In this situation, the Meteorological Department has advised children and adults to protect themselves from cold. Due to this, school timings have been changed in many districts of Madhya Pradesh.
Mandsaur School Timings: Schools to open at 9 am in Mandsaur
Due to the cold wave alert in Madhya Pradesh, the timings of schools in Mandsaur have been changed. Classes will start from 9 am in all government, non-government primary and secondary schools in Madhya Pradesh. Mandsaur Collector Aditi Garg has issued instructions keeping in mind the cold wave that primary and secondary classes of all government/non-government schools will be held at 9:00 am.
Sidhi School Timings: Sidhi school timings have also been changed.
In view of the increasing cold, the timings of all schools in Sidhi district have been changed. Classes in the morning shift in all schools in this district of Madhya Pradesh will now start from 9 am. All schools from nursery to class VIII in Sidhi will run from 9 am to 3 pm. Sidhi Collector Swarochish Somvanshi has also issued necessary orders in this regard.
Shajapur School Timings: School timings have also been changed in these districts
Due to the severe cold, the timings of schools in Shajapur and Mandla have also been changed. In view of the cold wave, Collector Mrs. Riju Bafna has ordered to change the timings of all government and non-government schools in Shajapur district. Classes from nursery to eighth will now be held only after 9 am. Similarly, in Mandla too, the timings of schools have been changed in view of the increasing cold. Here, morning schools will now run from 9 am to 3 pm.
In view of the change in weather, school timings have also been changed in Rewa, Indore and Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh.
