Government School Teachers Holiday: A big good news has come for the teachers of Bihar. The state government has released the calendar of teachers’ holidays for the coming year. According to this new calendar, teachers will get 65 days leave in the entire year.
This decision is definitely a sigh of relief for the teachers. For a long time, teachers were demanding leave on different festivals and occasions, and the government has finally accepted their demand.
It is believed that in view of the upcoming assembly elections, the government has taken this decision to please the teachers. Teachers are a big vote bank and the government does not want to incur their displeasure. Many important changes have been made in the calendar this time. Leave will now be given on festivals and occasions on which teachers did not get leave earlier.
The Education Department has released a holiday calendar from 6 January 2025 to 31 December 2025. According to this calendar, teachers will get 65 holidays. The most important thing is that while teachers were getting one day off on Dussehra, next year they will get 5 days off on Dussehra. In Chhath too, teachers will be given 10 days off from Diwali to Chhath. Along with this, winter holidays will also be given in December. There is an atmosphere of happiness among the teachers after seeing the holiday calendar of the Education Department.
