The customers of the bank have complained about the server down of State Bank of India ( SBI ) through social media. Bank customers said that there is a problem in net banking and UPI transactions. Whereas, some customers have complained about SBI’s banking services being disrupted and servers being slow. Let us tell you that State Bank of India is the largest government bank in the country.
SBI had given information about server maintenance to its customers on 1 April 2023. SBI had sent a message to the customers saying that INB/YONO/UPI services will not be available from 13:30 HRS to 16:45 HRS on 01.04.2023 due to annual closing activities. But, on April 3, customers have made several tweets complaining about the bank’s server being down.

Complaining on Twitter, bank customers said that net banking, UPI payments and the official SBI app (Yono) are not working properly and the server is down (SBI ervices suffer outage). A user complained that SBI is down since yesterday. Instant transactions from other bank to SBI are successful but money is not credited in SBI account.
