The process of submitting life certificate for pensioners across the country has started from 1st November 2024, and it will continue till 30th November. Pensioners above 80 years of age have been given time from 1st October to 30th November.
It is mandatory for pensioners to submit this life certificate to the pension disbursing authority every year to continue the pension. The government and many banks are running a campaign to collect life certificates from pensioners under this process. Pensioners can submit life certificate by visiting their bank branch, or through online and doorstep service.
