In this, he posted a photo of SBI branch and wrote that it is 3 o’clock in the afternoon and the entire staff is on lunch. The person tagged SBI and wrote that the whole world can change, but there is no change in your services. However, as soon as this photo came on social media, SBI got angry and asked the person to delete the photo immediately. People have also made funny comments on this post. In fact, a person posted a photo of a branch of State Bank of India (SBI) in Pali, Rajasthan on Instagram. In this, the person wrote that it is three o’clock in the afternoon and the entire staff is on lunch. He wrote that the irony is that on one hand SBI says that they do not take lunch break and on the other hand the entire staff has gone for lunch together. The person tagged SBI and wrote that dear SBI, the world can change completely, but your services cannot change.

SBI said this

Responding to the customer, the bank has apologized for the inconvenience, but has also asked him to remove the photo, citing that photography is prohibited inside the bank premises. The bank wrote, ‘We regret the inconvenience caused to you. However, note that photography/videography is prohibited inside the branch premises due to security reasons. You may be held responsible if these are misused. Therefore, we advise you to remove these from social media sites.’

The customer’s post has sparked a debate on social media. One user wrote that if you don’t like SBI’s services, then move on instead of complaining. Another user wrote that no one knows how hard bank employees work. At least they should have the right to eat food.
