Tata Steel officers and employees have been given the benefit of appraisal bonus and annual salary hike this year. In fact, this time the officers whose basic salary is higher than last year, their salary has been increased by less than one percent while the maximum salary has seen an increase of 7%.
Additional 7% hike in salary
In such a situation, an additional 7% increase has been seen in the salary of the employees. It has been decided to compensate the officers whose salary has been increased less by giving them the amount of supplementary allowance.
Benefit of appraisal bonus and annual salary increment
Also, it has been decided to give annual salary hike along with appraisal bonus to the officers of Tata Steel. It is being told that this year’s bonus is also less than last year. It is being said that the effect of cost management has been seen on the bonus in the salary of the officers.
In such a situation, the band rating has also changed this year. Last year, officers were divided into B, B Plus, A Plus and A categories based on their performance. The worst performing officer was given B grade and the best performing one was given E grade. This year it has been changed to 1 2 3 4 band.
In such a situation, it is certain that along with the increase in the salary of the officers of Tata Steel, they have also been given the benefit of annual salary increment April and bonus. Due to which the amount in their account will increase. An amount of up to Rs 45000 can be sent to their account.
