Help of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in MCD

Delhi Municipal Corporation had started MCD App 311 for redressal of complaints related to cleanliness, lighting etc. in all the wards. But, this app did not prove to be as effective due to it not being used by a large number of people. After this, the corporation has started taking the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for cleaning and all other works in its area, especially to know the exact condition of the roads.

The pilot project has started. Under which, through an agency, MCD will solve the problems of three wards Patel Nagar, Kotla Mubarakpur and Preet Vihar. MCD has made preparations for training of officers and employees to resolve complaints through Artificial Intelligence.
