Let us tell you that according to the new guidelines of RBI, it is the responsibility of the bank to refund your money within 48 hours. If the bank does not help in getting the money back, then the customer can complain at bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in. If by mistake money goes to a wrong account, then for this, a complaint letter will have to be written and given to the bank. In this, you have to write the account number, the name of the account holder, the account number in which the money has gone.

If by mistake the money goes to the wrong account, then call your bank and enter the PPBL number with all the information. When you make payment, this number comes on your mobile. If, for any reason, the linker makes a mistake, then the bank is not considered responsible for it.
