Ration Distribution Rules: If you are also a ration card holder, then it is important for all of you to know about the changes in the ration card. From November, 2.5 kg wheat and 2.5 kg rice will be available per unit. There will be a change in the food distribution system from November.

There is going to be a change in the food grain distribution system from the month of November. From November 1, a new food grain distribution system is going to be implemented in the government ration shops. Due to which the quota of grains of the card holders will now be distributed equally. Till now, three kg of rice and two kg of wheat were available per unit on one card. Whereas from November, two and a half kg of wheat and two and a half kg of rice will be available.

This big change is being made. At the same time, the quota of 35 kg of food grains available on Antyodaya card will also be changed. Antyodaya card holders will be given 18 kg of rice and 17 kg of wheat instead of 21 kg of rice and 14 kg of wheat per card. In both the food grain schemes, the quantity of rice has been reduced and the quantity of wheat has been increased.

There are about 46718 eligible household and Antyodaya cardholders in Bankeganj area. This includes 6423 Antyodaya consumers. Supply Inspector of Gola Tehsil area Gaurav Kumar Sharma said that instructions have been given to all the ration dealers to operate the new distribution system from November. Ration will be distributed to all cardholders under the new system.

Giving information, ration dealer Anuj Kumar said that orders have been issued regarding the new system. As soon as ration is distributed in the month of November, it will be distributed through the new system. Due to which ration card holders will get relief. At the same time, free government food grains are distributed by the government at the government ration shop. All card holders are being appealed to reach the concerned shop in maximum numbers and ensure their e-KYC. So that in the coming time they do not have to face any kind of problem while taking ration.
