Why is e-KYC happening, let’s know that in Delhi, the e-KYC of ration card holders has not been updated since 2013, while this process should be completed after every 5 years. How to do e-KYC from mobile, let’s know
1. If you want to do e-KYC from your mobile sitting at home, it is very easy.
2. Download ‘My KYC’ and ‘AadhaarFaceRD’ apps.
3. Open the app, select Delhi state and confirm the location.
4. Enter Aadhaar number and proceed by entering OTP and Captcha code.
5. Your information will appear on the screen, Face e-KYC button will appear below.
6. As soon as you press the button, the camera will turn on, bring your face in the circle and blink.
7. e-KYC will be completed as soon as the circle turns green.
You can also get e-KYC done at a ration shop: If you are facing any problem with the mobile app, then there is no need to panic. You can also get e-KYC done by visiting your nearest ration shop. The verification will be done through the POS machine through thumb or fingerprints. So do not forget to keep your Aadhaar card and ration card with you during this process.

If you have done e-KYC and want to make sure whether the process is complete or not, then just follow these steps:
- Open the ‘My KYC’ mobile app.
- Select the state, confirm the location.
- Enter the Aadhaar number, fill the OTP and captcha code.
- If ‘Y’ appears in your status, then understand that your e-KYC is complete.
- If your e-KYC is not completed after this date, you may lose the ration scheme and other government benefits. So don’t delay any longer, complete your e-KYC immediately.
