Monsoon activity has increased again in UP. Meteorological department experts say that there may be heavy rains in different districts of UP for the next 3 to 4 days. Apart from this, strong winds can also be seen.

There is also a strong possibility of lightning during the rain. IMD has also issued an alert regarding this. BHU meteorologist Professor Manoj Kumar Srivastava said that the monsoon trough has now shifted towards Madhya Pradesh. Due to which good rain is expected in many districts of western Uttar Pradesh along with eastern Uttar Pradesh. The effect of monsoon will be visible in many districts of UP for the next 3 to 4 days. Due to rain, the temperature may also decrease by 3 to 4 degrees Celsius.

Badra will rain with strong winds

According to the weather department’s forecast, there is a possibility of good rain in many districts including Gorakhpur, Saharanpur, Basti, Balrampur, Shamli, Bijnor, Muzaffarnagar from July 23. Apart from this, winds can also blow at a speed of 20 to 30 kilometers per hour here. Let us tell you that on last Monday also, movement of clouds was seen in these districts and it also rained at some places.

Chances of rain in these districts of eastern Uttar Pradesh

Apart from these districts, Varanasi, Mirzapur, Jaunpur, Sonbhadra, Chandauli, Ghazipur, Prayagraj, Lucknow, Kanpur of eastern Uttar Pradesh may also receive light to heavy rains. This period may continue from 23 July to 27 July. There is also an alert of lightning along with thunder during the rain.
