Weather Update: In Uttarakhand, a warning has been issued for heavy rains in seven districts for the next four days. Yellow alert will remain in these districts for four days. At the same time, Orange Alert has also been issued in many districts between 26 and 28 July.

According to Meteorological Department Director Dr. Bikram Singh, there is a possibility of heavy rains in Doon, Haridwar, Chamoli, Bageshwar, Nainital, Champawat, USnagar districts. There may be strong showers with lightning.

Yellow alert has been issued till 28 July. Heavy to very heavy rain may also occur in many districts. On Monday, Yamkeshwar received 22.5 mm of rain, Banbasa 19, Laldhang 10.5 mm.

Doon’s temperature is three degrees above normal

It is sunny in Dehradun during the day. There it rains for one or two rounds. On Monday, Doon recorded a temperature of 32.8 degrees Celsius, three notches above normal. 34 in Pantnagar, 21.3 in Mukteshwar, 25.4 degree temperature was released in New Tehri. This week the temperature can remain up to 33 degrees.
