Railway Recruitment 2023: Educational Qualification
Matriculation with at least 50% marks from a recognized Board of School Education or 10th class pass under 10+2 system of examination. Apart from this, ITI certificate should be obtained in the related trade from NCVT/SCVT.
Railway Recruitment 2023: Age Limit
To apply for Apprentice posts in Railways, the age of the candidate should be between 15 years and 24 years on 26 July 2023. The reserved category will get relaxation in the maximum age limit as per the rules of the government. There is a relaxation of three years for OBC category candidates, five years for SC, ST category and ten years for PwD candidates.
Railway Recruitment 2023: How will be the selection
Applicants eligible for imparting training under the Apprentices Act, 1961 will be selected on the basis of a merit list, which will be prepared taking into account the average percentage of marks obtained by the applicants in both the Matriculation and ITI examinations, with equal weightage in both. importance will be given.
