Even after filling this form, if the complaint is not heard or your goods are not received, then the Railways will be bound to give you compensation in this situation. Railways will assess the value of the lost luggage and after that you will be compensated.

How to complain

To make a complaint, you have to approach the RPF help post at major railway stations. From here you will be given the FIR form. After filling it, it has to be submitted at the Railway Police Station. Keep in mind that this form should be submitted to TTE, Guard or GRP Escort only.
