Through the app
- For this, first of all you have to download IPPB app from Play Store.
- Then fill Bank Account Number, Customer ID, Date of Birth and Registered Mobile Number
- After this OTP will come on the registered mobile number, enter it and login
- Now check your balance by creating M-PIN.
- To check the balance, first of all, you have to go to the message box and type “register”.
- Then you have to send this message from your registered mobile number to this number 7738062873
- After this your mobile number will be registered for SMS facility
- To know the balance sitting at home, you have to call toll free number 155299 from your registered mobile number.
- Now come here in the IVR and select the language of your choice
- Then you have to give your account information here
- After this process is done, you can choose the option of Get Balance and know your balance.
