PNB Customer Alert: If you are a customer of Punjab National Bank (PNB) then there is news of work for you. Punjab National Bank has appealed to the customers to update their Know Your Customer (KYC) details by April 10, 2025 in accordance with the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
Let us tell you that this applies to accounts whose KYC is updated by March 31, 2025. In such a situation, the account may also be closed if KYC is not updated. The bank said that customers can go to the nearest PNB branch for assistance or visit the official website.

How to update KYC in Punjab National Bank?

– Visit any PNB branch. Submit the required documents personally.
– Use PNB ONE or Internet Banking Services (IBS). For eligible customers, KYC updates can be done online.
– Send via registered email or post. Customers can submit their KYC documents to their Aadhaar branch via email or postal services.
