PM Modi will soon flag off ‘Amrit Bharat Express’, know the specialty of this train

After Vande Bharat Express, which gave a new look and speed to Indian Railways, now Amrit Bharat Express is ready to run on the tracks. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will dedicate two Amrit Bharat Express trains to the country before the inauguration of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya on December 30.

Union Railway Minister Ashwani Vaishnaw inspected the Amrit Bharat train rack at New Delhi Railway Station on Monday. Ashwini Vaishnav appreciated the modern and advanced technology used in Amrit Bharat trains. He told that Amrit Bharat train is based on Push-Pull Technology. This train of new India is ready. The first Amrit Bharat Express train will run from Ayodhya in UP to Darbhanga in Bihar and the second from Bengaluru to Malda. PM Modi will also flag off 5 new Vande Bharat trains.

Equipped with push-pull technology like Vande Bharat

Ashwini Vaishnav told that Amrit Bharat train has push-pull technology. In this, one engine pulls forward and the other pushes from behind. Therefore the train picks up speed quickly. This saves a lot of time in the turns, bridges and stations on the route. In this train you will feel less shocks and the train will remain stable. Due to the design of train toilets, water is also used less. This train will run at a maximum speed of 130 km per hour. Their fare will be only about 10 percent more than normal trains.

Amrit Bharat Express built under Make in India program

He told that two of the world’s most special technologies have been used in Vande Bharat and Amrit Bharat Express. Both the technologies are made in India under the Make in India program. The Railway Minister said that the first two Amrit Bharat Express trains are non-air conditioners. These also have cushions installed in the luggage berth for passengers. Charging points and a special ramp have been designed on every seat, with the help of which wheelchairs can be easily entered into the coach.

Non AC Amrit Bharat Express will have 22 coaches

All the facilities in Amrit Bharat will be the same as in Vande Bharat train. This train will have a total of 22 coaches including 8 general second class coaches, 12 second class 3-tier sleeper coaches and 2 guard compartments. This train will also have CCTV cameras, modern toilets, sensor water taps and announcement system. A total of 1800 passengers will be able to travel in this train. Amrit Bharat trains are manufactured at the Integral Coach Factory (ICF) in Chennai.

5 new Vande Bharat trains including Vaishno Devi will also start

On December 30, PM Modi will dedicate 2 Amrit Bharat Express trains as well as 5 Vande Bharat trains to the country. These include Ayodhya-Anand Vihar, New Delhi-Vaishno Devi, Amritsar-New Delhi, Jalna-Mumbai and Coimbatore-Bangalore Vande Bharat.

9 Vande Bharats were launched simultaneously in September.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday (September 24) flagged off 9 new Vande Bharat trains simultaneously through video conferencing. These trains were launched for Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Bihar, West Bengal, Kerala, Odisha, Jharkhand and Gujarat.
