How to link PAN card to Aadhaar online To link PAN card with Aadhaar online , first you have to go to the official website of Income Tax Department. After this, you will have to login by clicking on the link base option of the website. Here you have to enter your name and date of birth as per Aadhaar card along with PAN number and user ID.
Then on going to the profile setting of your account, select the option of Aadhaar card link. Here you enter your Aadhaar number and captcha code. After this, you will get the option of ‘Link Aadhaar’ below, you have to click on it. In this way your PAN card will be linked with Aadhaar.
Now you will have to pay a fine of Rs 1000.
The deadline for linking PAN card with Aadhaar has now been extended to 31 March 2023. Earlier, the Income Tax Department had fixed July 1, 2022 as the deadline for linking PAN with Aadhaar. Now you will also have to pay a fine of Rs 1000 for linking PAN with Aadhaar.
