Users gave many types of feedback
Users reacted in many ways to the post made by the company CEO. A user asked that sometimes trains run late and how will Zomato manage it. Another user suggested that in many cases it is possible that Zomato may not be able to deliver or the train may be late by several hours, so the option of cash-on-delivery should be available. At the same time, a user jokingly asked whether the tea will be delivered silently or the delivery agent will call out ‘Chai-Chai’.
