Stuy In New Zealand: New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon, who is on a visit to India, has announced scholarships for Indian students. In the July 2025 session, New Zealand will give scholarships called New Zealand Excellence Awards (NZEA) to Indian students.
The New Zealand Excellence Awards 2025 includes a total package of 260,000 New Zealand dollars. Which will give Indian students the opportunity to study in world-class universities of New Zealand.
New Zealand Excellence Awards Scholarship is for those Indian students who want to pursue higher education in New Zealand universities and colleges. Let’s know about the eligibility for this scholarship.
Age- The minimum age for this scholarship should be 18 years. There is no maximum age limit.
Citizenship – This scholarship is for Indian students. The student must have Indian citizenship. Must be residing in India at the time of application.
Admission – Must have an unconditional offer of admission to an eligible course from a New Zealand university.
Apart from this, some universities may demand qualifications beyond these general qualifications. For this, you will have to visit the website of the concerned university.
Eight universities offer scholarships
NZEA scholarships are offered by eight New Zealand universities: Auckland University of Technology, Lincoln University, Massey University, Auckland University, The University of Waikato, University of Canterbury, University of Otago and Victoria University of Wellington.
