New Delhi. The new Vande Bharat train will run between Gandhi Nagar and Mumbai on Friday. The Prime Minister will flag off this train. The schedule of the train running on the first day has been released. Gandhi Nagar will depart at 10.30 am. This train will stop at three stations during the journey. In the past, two Vande Bharat trains are being operated successfully.
This schedule of Vande Bharat is of the first day. As per this schedule, train number 09404 will leave Gandhi Nagar at 10.30 am and reach Mumbai at 5.40 pm. The train will cover the distance of 519 km between Gandhi Nagar to Mumbai in 7 hours 10 minutes. Its average speed will be 72.42 kmph.

It will leave Gandhi Nagar at 10.30 and reach Ahmedabad at 11.15 hrs and will leave from here at 12 hrs. Will pass from Geratpur station at 12.18 hrs. After this, it will reach Vadodara at 1.05 am and will leave at 1.08 pm. After Vadodara, it will reach Surat station at 2.27 hrs and leave at 2.30. After Surat, the direct Mumbai station will reach at 5.40 pm.
The train is equipped with ‘Kavach’ technology
KAVACH (Train Collision Avoidance System) technology is being launched for the first time in the new Vande Bharat train running from Ahmedabad. With the help of this technology, accidents like head-on collision of two trains will now be prevented. The special thing is that this technology is indigenous. Because of this its cost is very less.
