Another Vande Bharat Express is going to be available for the passengers of Madhya Pradesh. West-Central Railway has sent a proposal for the new Vande Bharat Express to the Railway Board, after which this train will soon start running on the tracks after getting its approval.
The new route of this superior train is proposed from Jabalpur to Chanda Fort, which will provide better connectivity to the passengers of Mahakaushal region with the southern states. Balharshah Junction of Maharashtra is close to Chanda Fort station. From where a large number of trains are available for the states of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana.
Railways changed the route
Let us tell you that earlier there was a plan to run Vande Bharat Express from Jabalpur to Raipur. But West Central Railway changed its route. Now it is proposed to run it from Jabalpur to Chanda Fort station in Maharashtra. Chanda Fort located in Chandrapur district comes under South East Central Railway Nagpur Railway Division.
Vande Bharat will go to Chanda Fort via Gondia
After the change in the schedule of the new train, now Vande Bharat Express will depart from Jabalpur at 6.30 am and go to Chanda Fort via Gondia. This train will complete the journey of 476 km in 8.35 hours. With the running of the new train on the new route, the journey of the people of Mahakaushal region to the southern states will become very easy. Chanda Fort is a small station, but Ballar Shah Junction is 11 km from here, which provides major rail connections to South India.
According to a senior railway official, the Chanda Fort Vande Bharat Express running from Jabalpur can be extended to Balharshah Junction in the future. The proposed schedule for the new route of Vande Bharat has been sent to the Railway Board for approval. As soon as the board approves, the express will start operating on the new route.
The new schedule will be like this
According to the new schedule, Vande Bharat Express will depart from Jabalpur at 6.30 am. It will reach Madan Mahal at 6.40 am, Nainpur at 7.10 am, Balaghat at 8.28 am, Gondia Junction at 9.30 am and Nagbhid at 11.53 am and Chanda Fort at 1.45 pm.
Thus, on the return journey, Vande Bharat Express will depart from Chanda Fort station at 3.45 pm. It will reach Nagbhid at 6.18 pm, Gondia Junction at 5.50 pm, Balaghat at 6.35 pm, Nainpur at 8.15 pm and Jabalpur station at 12.20 pm.
