The reason for this is that the price of petrol and diesel is different in all cities. If the driver travels from one city to another, then he must know in which city the fuel is available cheaper.

The price of one litre petrol in Delhi is Rs 94.76 and the price of diesel is Rs 87.66 per litre.
In Mumbai, the price of petrol is ₹ 103.43 per litre and diesel is priced at ₹ 89.95 per litre.
In Kolkata, the price of petrol is ₹ 104.93 per litre and diesel is ₹ 91.75 per litre.
The price of petrol in Chennai is Rs 100.73 per liter and diesel is Rs 92.32 per liter.

Noida: Petrol is Rs 94.83 per liter and diesel is Rs 87.96 per liter
Gurugram: Petrol Rs 95.19 per liter and diesel Rs 88.05 per liter

Chandigarh: Petrol is Rs 94.22 per liter and diesel is Rs 82.38 per liter
