New Delhi. In any district of Haryana including Gurgaon, Faridabad, now with the registration of the property, its mutation will happen. In Haryana, mutation is called Intkal, whereas in many places it is also called Dikhal-Kharij.

After the registry, now Patwaris will not have to make mutations. Rather this work will be done automatically on the Web Halris portal. Not only this, anyone can see this mutation. If there is no objection for 10 days, the process of mutation will be completed and the concerned person will be able to get its copy online by visiting Tehsil or Atal Seva Kendra.

Earlier Patwari used to register mutation or death. For this Patwari had to give a copy of the registry. After the registry, they used to upload it on the portal after checking. A copy of the mutation had to be taken from the Patwari itself. It was quite a tedious task.

Usually people used to complain that Patwari does not give them copy of mutation on time and they have to go round the tehsil unnecessarily. But, now along with the registry, the mutation will be uploaded on the portal. It is noteworthy that Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar formally inaugurated this service by launching the portal on July 6. Now this service has been started all over Haryana.

Objection will be registered for 10 days

Along with the registry, objection can also be lodged on the mutation uploaded on the portal. It will take 10 days for this. If there is any objection, then the mutation will be stopped and this process will be completed only after investigation.

Earlier Patwari used to register death, till now the time was given to do death within 7 days of registry. This process was online, but Patwari had to complete it. When Patwari used to offer Intkal in the system, it used to go through Kanungo to Tehsildar. Death could happen after this whole process and it used to take a lot of time.

You can also take a copy from Atal Seva Kendra,

now immediately after the registry of the property, the online transaction will be done on the automated module in the Halaris portal. For this, there will be no need to take the papers to the Patwari. After 10 days, a copy of death certificate can be taken from the concerned Tehsil or Atal Seva Kendra. If someone raises objection regarding the land or property, then the matter will go to Tehsildar.
