Captain Shubham Gupta, resident of Agra, was martyred during the Rajouri encounter in Jammu in November last year. Captain Shubham Gupta joined the army in the year 2015. His first posting was in Northern Command, Udhampur. He was guarding the border by being posted in 09 Para. Captain Shubham Gupta was the son of DGC (Crime) Basant Gupta, resident of Tajnagari Phase-01 Prateek Enclave. Shubham Gupta was martyred in an encounter with terrorists in Rajouri.
