Mask Aadhar Download : The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) had come out with a method to prevent misuse of Aadhaar card.
This method is Masked Aadhaar. If you use this Aadhaar version, the Aadhaar you will receive will have the 8 digits of the Aadhaar number hidden. The last four digits are visible in it. If you want to share your Aadhaar card anywhere, then you are Masked.
Aadhaar can be given. This reduces the risk of your details being stolen. Also, it is emerging as a secure option. We are giving you below how to download it.
How to download Masked Aadhaar?
1. Go to myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in and select the Login option.
2. After entering your Aadhaar number and captcha code, click on Send OTP.
3. An OTP will be sent to your Aadhaar linked phone number, which you need to enter here. Then click on Login.
4. Select Download Aadhaar from the Services section.
5. Do you want a masked Aadhaar? Select the option. You will find this option under Review your Demographics Data.
6. After this click on Download.
7. Now your masked Aadhaar will be downloaded in PDF format.
8. You also need a password to open this Aadhaar card. For this you have to enter the password. Password is- First four letters of your name (in Aadhaar) in CAPITAL LETTER and your year of birth in YYYY. For example- If your name is Payal and your year of birth is 1990 then your password will be PAYA1990
