The price of LPG cylinder has been reduced before January 1. From today i.e. 22nd December, LPG cylinder has become cheaper by Rs 39.50 from Delhi to Patna. This reduction has been made only in 19 kg commercial cylinders, while there is no change in the rates of domestic cylinders.
Changes effective from today
According to the update, government oil marketing companies i.e. OMCs have reduced the price of 19 kg LPG cylinder by Rs 39.50 per cylinder. Oil marketing companies have said that the new prices of commercial cylinders have become effective from today i.e. December 22. This means that the price of 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder has reduced from today in all the major cities of the country.

Has the price of domestic cylinder changed?
At the same time, if we talk about domestic LPG cylinder, there has been no change in its rate since August. Last time on August 30, 2023, the price of domestic LPG cylinder was reduced by Rs 200. According to the website of Indian Oil, domestic LPG cylinder is priced at Rs 903 in Delhi, Rs 929 in Kolkata and Rs 902.50 in Mumbai.
