Ladki Bahin Yojana: Displeasure is visible on the faces of many beloved sisters as the seventh installment has not arrived yet.
The state government has launched the Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana to provide financial support and empowerment to women. The leaders themselves have admitted that this scheme has given the Mahayuti a resounding victory in the elections. However, after the elections, there has been a delay in the arrival of the installments of Ladki Bahin Yojana. The December installment came at the end of the month. Now, the seventh installment of January has not been deposited in the accounts of the beneficiary women even after the middle of the month.
Many dear sisters are showing their displeasure as the seventh installment has not arrived yet. Finally, Women and Child Development Minister Aditi Tatkare announced the date when the seventh installment will arrive. According to the information given by her, the seventh installment will be deposited in the account from January 26.
The government did not make Sankranti sweet for women
Money was being received on time every month since July. However, there was no clarity from the government about whether the seventh installment of the scheme would be deposited in the month of January. It was said that the money would be deposited in the account on the occasion of Sankranti. It was said that if the money did not arrive on Sankranti, then we would have to wait a little longer.
Seventh installment distribution date announced
The government has finally given a clarification on the increasing complaints of women. Minister Aditi Tatkare said that the distribution of the seventh installment will start on January 26. In the next four to five days, Rs 1500 will be deposited in the accounts of all the beneficiary women.
Scrutiny of applications and possibility of discontinuation of benefits
The government has started scrutinizing the applications of beneficiaries of the scheme. For women who do not fit the criteria of the scheme, this benefit will be discontinued. There is a possibility that women who are taking advantage of the Namo Shetkari Samman Yojana will be excluded from the scheme. This has come as a shock to many women farmers.
This scheme, which has been a ray of hope for women since its inception, is now facing obstacles. If the benefits are not received on time, the financial calculations of women can collapse. It is necessary to remove obstacles for this scheme to be truly successful in the goals of women empowerment. On the other hand, it has been reported that the seventh installment will also be only Rs 1500. A proposal of Rs 2100 will be presented in the budget between February-March. Preliminary information has been received that women will get the benefit of this only after that.
