The expressway to be constructed between Kanpur and Lucknow will also be connected to the Ganga Expressway. As an elevated, it will be taken out over the Ganga Expressway near Sonic and Neverna villages of Unnao.
Two junctions will be made here, in which vehicles of both the expressways will be able to move with the help of ramps.Meanwhile, the work of expressway has been started on Lucknow side as well as on Kanpur side.
The Lucknow Expressway will cross near Azad Marg in Unnao and will be built towards Achalganj.From here its greenfield will be directly connected to the elevated road in Bani.Marking has been completed with NHAI team.

Will be made 3-4 meters high from the surface.There will be one and a half meter high boundary wall.
Ban on commercial activities on both sides, two amenity-ways will be built in 63 km.
Vehicle riders will be able to get all kinds of facilities at the amenity-way center.

NHAI Project Director Saurabh Chaurasia told that along with Lucknow, construction has also been started on Kanpur side i.e. Unnao side.Ganga Expressway will be connected to it with the help of ramp.The construction is to be completed in two and a half years.Land acquisition and marking has been completed.No one will be able to enter the expressway from the middle.Much of the construction will be completed in late 2024.
