Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has accepted that the website is down. It is expected that the website will be restored once again soon. According to the report, both the application and the website are down. All the users going for ticket booking on the app and website are getting the message ‘Unable to take action due to maintenance’ written on the website.
According to Downd etector, more than 2500 users have complained about it right now, most of whom have complained about the website and 28 percent have complained about the application. This is not the first time that the IRCTC website has gone down. Earlier too, similar problems have been occurring in it. Due to the website being down, thousands of passengers are facing problems. Especially those who have to cancel their tickets or change their travel schedule.
