IndiGo will start flights from Mumbai to this city from March 22, know the schedule and fare

Domestic airline IndiGo will start direct flights from Mumbai to Seychelles from March 22. The airline said on Friday that it will operate four weekly flights between Mumbai and Seychelles, an archipelago off the coast of East Africa.

These new flights will provide great convenience to passengers. According to PTI news, these flights will operate on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. With over 400 aircraft, IndiGo operates around 2,200 daily flights connecting more than 120 domestic and international destinations.

Fare and Time Table

According to the airline’s official website, the one-way fare for a direct flight from Mumbai to Seychelles for March 25 ranges from ₹14,468 to ₹16,164. The flight will depart from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (T2) in Mumbai at 10:05 am on March 25 and reach Seychelles at 1:10 pm.

Operation of widebody Boeing 787-9 aircraft

IndiGo will begin operating a leased widebody Boeing 787-9 aircraft on the Delhi-Bangkok route from March 1. The airline will also explore opportunities to lease more aircraft. To meet the growing air traffic demand, the airline has temporarily inducted a Boeing 787-9 aircraft from Norse Atlantic before taking delivery of A321XLRs, which have longer range, and A350s.

Domestic airline IndiGo, which is gearing up to launch flights to Europe, on Wednesday said it will add three more Boeing 787-9 aircraft to its fleet as part of a deal with Norse Atlantic Airways. Currently, the Gurugram-headquartered airline operates two wide-body Boeing 777 aircraft leased from Turkish Airlines on flights from Delhi and Mumbai to Istanbul.
